These roles will shape how AI solutions are scoped, delivered, and adopted across a rapidly scaling tech firm.Business Analysts will collaborate with global product, engineering, and data science teams, working closely with senior stakeholders to capture requirements, design workflows, and ensure that AI-driven platforms meet customer and enterprise needs. They will be embedded in high-impact projects, supporting the rollout of AI-native products and platforms.Key details include competitive base salary, performance incentives, and growth opportunities. The role offers global exposure while advancing into senior business analysis, product, or strategy leadership positions.Responsibilities include partnering with business and product stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into detailed AI solution requirements. Analysts will analyze, document, and optimize workflows where AI, GenAI, and automation can create measurable business impact.They will support data-driven decision making by mapping business processes to data models, ensuring quality and alignment with AI applications. Analysts will work alongside engineering and data teams to validate requirements, track progress, and ensure successful delivery of AI-enabled platforms.They will define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for AI projects, ensuring adoption and commercial outcomes are measurable. Additionally, analysts will act as the voice of the customer and the business within technical teams, ensuring solutions are user-centric, compliant, and scalable.Finally, they will support change management, training, and stakeholder adoption initiatives as AI solutions roll out globally.
