Clinical Application SpecialistJob OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Clinical Application Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in providing training and support for health systems, hospitals, diagnostic imaging, and oncology centers.The successful candidate will be responsible for driving clinical application and operation training, increasing customer satisfaction, and improving productivity by delivering high-quality application training and support.Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive training plans to ensure timely completion of clinical application training;Identify and resolve customer clinical problems in a timely manner, enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships;Collect customer feedback and outstanding clinical images/cases to support product sales and research;Assist in establishing regional expert resources, maintaining expert relations, and supporting customers in conducting clinical scientific research;Establish and maintain reference hospitals in the responsible region and receive visiting references;Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets and business growth by providing pre-sales/after-sales product/application demonstration support and assisting in organizing promotions and exhibitions.Requirements:Bachelor's degree or above in medical imaging diagnosis, medical imaging technology, or a related field;At least 5 years' experience as a radiographer or radiologist in the healthcare industry, or 3+ years of experience as an application specialist in one specific modality field, familiar with MR products, technology, and operation knowledge;Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills; good customer service awareness;Strong teamwork ability, enjoy working with people, and committed to providing excellent customer satisfaction;Strong sense of responsibility, strong ability to work under pressure, adaptable to frequent business travel;Experience in other manufacturers is a plus.Key Competencies:On-site training development history and cutting-edge technology of the imaging industry;Basic knowledge of clinical medicine (diseases of various systems and their psychophysiology changes);Basic knowledge of clinical imaging diagnosis;Imaging principle and clinical application of imaging technology (application level);Image-related image post-processing software (application level);Customer relationship maintenance.],
