Job Description:We are seeking a Payments Operations Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the growth and success of our business.This role will involve building strong relationships with external payment providers, ensuring smooth onboarding and contracting of their services. Once payments are processed, you will be responsible for leading performance monitoring and implementing improvements.You will play a key role in driving process improvement, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and performance monitoring.Responsibilities:Work closely with external providers and internal departments to coordinate new merchant applications and onboarding processesMonitor and prepare management reports on payment performance KPIs, coordinating with BI analysts to build dashboards and engage relevant teams to maintain KPIsBe the primary point of contact for external queries and requests related to merchant KYC, risk, and compliance requirements, as well as day-to-day inquiriesAct as the master user of external tools and systems, generating reports, reviewing dashboards, and managing users on a regular basisRequired Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree2-5 years of experience in operations or vendor management within e-commerce/digital goods and servicesExceptional project management skills, with a strong focus on organization and attention to detailAbility to analyze data and recommend improvements, with a proactive approach to problem-solvingComfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with high levels of productivity and an eye for detailStrong problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to adapt to new processes and procedures quicklyFluency in English, spoken and writtenBenefits:We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.Others:If you're a highly energized, organized, and analytical individual with a background in online payment providers, we'd love to hear from you.
