Your key responsibilities will include project management, resource planning, stakeholder management, and communication planning.Serve as principal point-of-contact for clients and their teams.Lead several concurrent projects involving consultants, developers, and clients.Establish the Project Management Plan, tracking milestones, and coordinating meetings with client stakeholders in line with the delivery operating model.Understand business and technical requirements to effectively coordinate/document process definition, solution design, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities with client stakeholders.Facilitate resource planning activities, including assignment, onboarding, equipment provisioning, and user access to target applications.Coordinate the development, review, and submission of RPA milestone deliverables.Mitigate risks identified by the Delivery Manager to avoid development, testing, or deployment roadblocks.Provide regular weekly status updates, including risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, defects, and change requests logs to clients and Program Managers.Identify, catalogue, and archive reusable code assets and coordinate knowledge-sharing sessions between internal teams.
