Lead Digital Adoption Strategy & DevelopmentOur organization is seeking a seasoned Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) Consulting Manager to lead our strategic development initiatives.This dynamic role involves coaching and mentoring a team of DAP specialists, while partnering with enterprise clients to design, execute, and govern their digital adoption strategies.Leadership & Coaching: Develop, mentor, and coach a team of Instructional Designers and DAP Content Developers.Client Partnership: Establish trusted advisor relationships with enterprise clients, guiding them on their DAP vision, roadmap, and governance approach.Solution Design & Delivery Oversight: Provide strategic oversight for the design and delivery of WalkMe and other DAP solutions across enterprise applications.Thought Leadership & Evangelism: Promote best practices for digital adoption among clients.This role requires a strong background in digital adoption, excellent leadership and communication skills, and experience in managing client-facing projects. Additional tasks may be assigned from time to time, and/or the scope of the job may change as necessitated by business demands.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Information Technology, or related field.8+ years of experience in DAP design, development, or implementation (WalkMe expertise preferred).3–5 years of experience in leading consulting teams, coaching talent, and managing client-facing projects.Proven ability to consult with executive stakeholders and shape digital adoption strategies.
