We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our Transfer Pricing team. This role offers a fast-paced, collaborative environment with opportunities for learning, development, and career growth.Job OverviewThis role is focused on transfer pricing advisory and compliance engagements, supporting multinational clients with documentation, benchmarking studies, and intercompany pricing strategies.The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in transfer pricing or international tax, with strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented mindset. They should be proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and have experience with transfer pricing databases.ResponsibilitiesAssist in preparing transfer pricing documentation, local files, and master files in line with OECD and UAE TP regulations.Conduct functional, industry, and economic analyses to support arm's length pricing.Perform benchmarking studies using transfer pricing databases and tools.Support the preparation and review of intercompany agreements and pricing policies.Collaborate with managers and directors to develop transfer pricing planning strategies and documentation.Participate in client meetings and assist with responding to queries from tax authorities.Assist in drafting proposals for potential clients.Skills and Qualifications:2–4 years of experience in transfer pricing or international tax.Bachelor's or Master's degree in law, economics, finance, accounting, or a related field.Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset.Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.What We OfferThis role offers a collaborative environment with opportunities for learning, development, and career growth.
