Cloud Database AdministratorThe role of Cloud Database Administrator involves overseeing the deployment, configuration, and management of cloud-based databases. This includes ensuring the security, scalability, and performance of these systems.A successful Cloud Database Administrator will have extensive experience with database administration, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. They will also be skilled in areas such as data modeling, database design, and query optimization.This is a full-time position that requires strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills. If you are passionate about working with databases and want to join a dynamic team, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.Required Skills:Experience with database administration tools such as SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQLKnowledge of virtualization platforms including Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web ServicesUnderstanding of Windows operating system and its interaction with databasesScripting skills and ability to read and analyze Transact-SQLAbility to automate DBA tasks using PowerShell or other programming languagesPreferred skills include knowledge of Azure SQL and SQL Managed Instance, other relational databases, non-relational databases, and scripting languages.
