We have a network of 4000+ experienced professionals who take interviews in their available time slots.Were looking for experienced professionals across various domains who can take up freelance interviews for our clients. Interviews are conducted remotely, and schedules are flexible based on your availability. And currently we are looking at panels for the given description.Skills Required1. Control Validation Automation:o Review and analyze existing control validation processes to identify opportunities forautomation using tools such as Alteryx, Power Platform, and scripting languages.o Design, develop, and implement automated workflows and solutions to streamlinecontrol validations and improve accuracy.2. Task Automation and Efficiency Improvement:o Assess business-as-usual tasks within the IT Risk department to identify repetitiveprocesses suitable for automation.o Create and deploy automated solutions to enhance team productivity, enabling focuson strategic initiatives and higher-value tasks.3. IT Risk Playbook Participation:o Collaborate with the IT Risk team to support the development and maintenance of ITrisk playbooks, ensuring alignment with automated processes.o Contribute to the documentation and refinement of risk management procedures andcontrols.4. Data Visualization and Reporting:o Utilize Power BI to create interactive dashboards and reports that provide insightsinto control validation metrics and automation performance.o Ensure that data visualizations are user-friendly and accessible to stakeholders forinformed decision-making.5. Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing:o Work closely with IT Risk team members to gather requirements and understandchallenges related to risk management and control validation.o Train and support team members on new automation tools and processes, fostering aculture of continuous improvement.6. Monitoring and Optimization:o Monitor the performance of automated processes and workflows to ensureeffectiveness and reliability.o Continuously seek opportunities to refine and optimize existing automation solutionsbased on feedback and evolving business requirements.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Risk Management, or arelated field. Proven experience in process automation, with strong skills in scripting (e.g., Python,PowerShell) and tools such as Alteryx and Power Platform. Familiarity with IT risk management concepts, frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ISO 27001), andindustry best practices. Proficiency in data visualization using Power BI, with a strong understanding of best practicesfor reporting and dashboard design. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on improving operationalefficiency. Strong communication skills, capable of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the financial services or investment banking sector is highly desirable. Knowledge of developing and maintaining risk management playbooks is a plus. Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform, PowerBI, Alteryx DesignerCertification, CISA, CRISC) are advantageous.
