This is a senior leadership position that oversees the administration and technical aspects of Oracle FCCS and Workday Adaptive Planning.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in configuration and administration of Adaptive Planning, as well as strong knowledge of financial consolidation and planning principles.Key Responsibilities:Configure Adaptive models, sheets, dimensions, and attributes to optimize consolidation and planning processes.Manage Data Agent and integrations with ERP/EDW to ensure seamless data flow.Design, configure, and maintain dimensions/levels, modeled & cube sheets, attributes, versions, and assumptions to support advanced reporting.Own mapping tables, transformations, and reconciliation controls to ensure accurate load exceptions.Build advanced formulas (lookup, allocation, driver-based) and maintain alternate reporting hierarchies to provide actionable insights.Develop & Support HTML and Office Connect reports and dashboards to enhance user engagement.Manage role-based security, access reviews, governance, and compliance across Adaptive to ensure a secure environment.Coordinate with IT/EDW on schema changes, performance, and data lineage; document interfaces and SLAs to facilitate collaboration.Orchestrate forecast/commit cycles (calendar or fiscal); manage versions, locks, and workflow to ensure timely completion.Drive tie-outs to FCCS and legacy Essbase reports; investigate mapping deltas and timing differences to resolve discrepancies.Create/maintain playbooks, SOPs, and cutover checklists; lead user enablement and office hours to promote adoption.Provide training, documentation, and Tier-2/3 support to ensure effective system utilization.FCCS Responsibilities:Maintain FCCS metadata, hierarchies, security roles, and consolidation rules to ensure accuracy.Oversee close cycles; validate data loads; troubleshoot variances to identify areas for improvement.Configure Data Management workflows and mappings to streamline processes.Develop Smart View reports and support statutory reporting to meet regulatory requirements.Automate tasks using EPM Automate and REST APIs to increase efficiency.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems.7+ years' experience with Adaptive Planning config & Administration & FCCS/Hyperion Administration.Strong understanding of financial consolidation and planning principles.Hands-on experience with integrations, automation, and reporting tools.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A dynamic and collaborative work environment.Others:Solid understanding of SOX compliance and audit requirements.Ability to manage technical projects and coordinate across Finance and IT teams.High user satisfaction scores through excellent customer service.Compliance with audit and security standards.
