As we continue to grow, efficient data management is crucial to support our academic and administrative operations.Role Overview:We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Data Manager to oversee and streamline the school's data systems. The role involves managing student, staff, and operational data, generating reports, and ensuring accuracy and compliance across all information platforms.Key Responsibilities:* Maintain and regularly update student and staff records across all school systems.* Manage data related to admissions, attendance, exams, fees, transport, and other operational functions.* Coordinate with academic and admin teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.* Prepare timely reports and summaries for internal use and regulatory submissions (e.g., board exam data, MIS reports).* Ensure data security, confidentiality, and compliance with school and board guidelines.* Assist in digitising and organising school records for better accessibility and transparency.* Train school staff on using data tools or MIS platforms, as required.Requirements:* Graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.* Minimum 2–3 years of experience in data management, preferably in an educational setup.* Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and school MIS platforms (knowledge of Fedena, Entab, etc. is a plus).* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.* Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.Preferred:* Experience working in CBSE/ICSE/State Board school environments.* Familiarity with board data uploading systems and reporting formats.* Basic knowledge of SQL or data dashboard tools is an added advantage.To Apply:Send your resume to careers@therosaryschool.com with the subject line: Application for Data Manager – The Rosary School.
