GenAI Workflow Engineer Job DescriptionThe position focuses on building reusable workflows for key tasks, such as keyframes, style transfer, image-to-video, text-to-video, upscaling, and repair. These workflows are optimized for cost and performance, and exposed as services that other teams can integrate with.Design node-graph and script-based pipelines using tools like ComfyUI and Stable Diffusion to produce consistent shots and sequences.Create first-frame-controlled and reference-guided workflows that preserve characters, composition, and style across multiple shots.Collaborate with the Technical Director to expose workflows as APIs with clear contracts and versioning.Profile and optimize pipelines for speed, cost, and quality by selecting optimal nodes, batching, caching, and model loading strategies.Work with GenAI artists and producers to convert creative specifications into stable, reusable templates.A skilled engineering-minded creative technologist is required, with experience across VFX, animation, motion graphics, broadcast design, or game engines.Required Skills:Pipeline TD/Tools Engineer/Technical Director/Technical Artist expertise.ML-CV specialist skills in building imaging and video tooling.Experience with ComfyUI and Stable Diffusion.Strong understanding of workflow design and optimization.Excellent collaboration and communication skills.Benefits:This role offers a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology and contribute to the development of innovative GenAI solutions.
