Summary:
Designation : Group Head - ArtYears of experience : Minimum 6 years of design experience, preferably from a mainline advertising/ digital / creative agency.
( Please note that we are not considering candidates from other industries .)Job Location : Udyog Vihar, Phase 5
Key Accountabilities
She/He should be experienced in integrated communication spanning mainline and digital with a body of work that demonstrates the same.Must have a keen eye for aesthetics, typography, design, craft and know-how of brand building. And must have a portfolio that reflects this.Should be able to conceptualise and Design keeping in mind the usability principles, design aesthetics and current market trends.This individual should be familiar with digital/social media platforms with an exceptional mode of storytelling that can bring rich details alive within the primary forms of online social content.They need to be comfortable with the pace of content production and have a concrete understanding of production and can lead still/content/film shoots.Must have the ability to think, inspire and train the team for proactive ideas/concepts and know how to package and execute them. She/He should be well-versed in case study creation and direction. And must have a portfolio that reflects the same.Applying problem-solving skills and thinking critically to create opportunities for innovation.Should be able to supervise, support, and inspire creative teams.Monitor the overall quality of the team’s creative output and provide direction and leadership. And can allocate appropriate personnel for all creative assignments.Foster positive relationships between the creative department and other agency functional areas.
Professional Skills:
6 to 9 years of digital design or advertising experience, preferably from an advertising agency.Knowledge of social platforms (Twitter, Tumblr, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc.)Good experience in ad designing and visualizationExperience across a range of digital, social, and integrated mediums.Breadth of style and design capabilityProficient in Adobe Creative SuiteWell aware of the latest trends in design, web standards, concepts and industry trends.Able to manage and delegate work to the team.Ability to lead, mentor and grow a teamManaging skills and a problem-solving attitude are required.Good oral and written communication skillsBachelor's degree/diploma from a reputed design school will be an added advantage.
