**Advanced Generative AI Specialist Role Overview**We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Generative AI Specialist to join our team. As a key individual contributor, you will transform complex business problems into high-impact AI solutions, leading projects end-to-end—from research and prototyping to production deployment.Develop advanced generative AI models (LLMs, diffusion, multi-agent systems).Own AI projects end-to-end: ideation → PoC → scalable deployment → monitoring.Design and build high-performance ML/DL models using state-of-the-art architectures.Work on RAG pipelines, agent orchestration, fine-tuning, computer vision, and optimization. **Required Skills & Qualifications**To be successful in this role, you will need:Strong fundamentals in ML/DL, optimization, modeling.Experience deploying production-level ML/LLM solutions.Excellent analytical, debugging & problem-solving skills. **Technical Skills You'll Need**Programming languages including Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, HuggingFace Transformers/Diffusers.MLOps tools like MLflow, W&B, Kubeflow.CUDA, CuPy, CuGraph.Generative & Agentic AI including RAG, multi-agent orchestration, fine-tuning diffusion models, LLM fine-tuning. **Benefits**In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI projects, develop your skills and expertise, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-grade AI systems.
