What you'll do:
Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward. This role is ideal for someone passionate about people, culture, and creating a positive employee experience while driving HR processes. and should be experienced with Indian laws and regulations :
In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our People Team by:
- Communicating HR policies, procedures, and SOPs effectively to employees.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational regulations.
- Managing employee separation processes, including conducting exit interviews and analyzing retention data.
- Planning and implementing employee engagement, wellness, and safety programs.
- Addressing queries, employee relations issues, and grievances while fostering a collaborative, productive, and accountable work culture.
- Providing support to managers, team leaders, and employees, guiding them on performance and HR processes.
- Collaborating with teams to improve HR processes and align with company goals.
- Staying updated on industry trends and best HR practices to continuously improve our employee experience.
What you’ll need?
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, or a comparable field
- Work experience of handling grievances and labour issues
- Minimum 1.-2 years of working experience with a focus on ER initiatives
- Familiarity with Indian labour laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks
