Job DescriptionUI/UX Developer Role and ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering user interface components in accordance with industry standards and best practices.Key activities include:Participating in workshops and interviews with business process subject matter experts to gather, confirm and document business requirements.Defining, designing and developing wireframes and UI components for client applications and internal products.Collaborating with the design and development teams to ensure high quality of website responsiveness and usability.Working alongside automation/RPA and .NET/Web developers to enable the integration of UI components into .NET/Web applications.Required Skills and QualificationsThe ideal candidate must have strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Adobe Creative Suite programs, such as Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator and Flash.Must have expertise in building responsive web/App designs that adapt to multiple screen sizes and devices.Must have conducted usability testing to identify and fix UI issues and gather real-world intelligence from target users.Must have used visual aids such as wireframes, storyboards and UI flow charts to plan and present user interface designs.Has at least 6 years of experience as a .NET developer or application developer.Has at least 3 years of experience as a SharePoint developer in the analysis, design, hands-on development and delivery of web-based applications.Should have mastery in hands-on design and development using C#.Must have proficiency with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns.Must have experience using jQuery, Client Object Model, Service-Oriented Architecture and web development frameworks such as AngularJS, Bootstrap and jQuery.Has strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming, MVC, Design patterns and SOLID principles and a good understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.Should have a basic understanding of Common Language Runtime (CLR), its limitations, weaknesses and workarounds.BenefitsThe company offers a competitive salary and bonus package determined by level and experience.Hiring now for immediate start.Benefits include healthcare, relocation, vacation and holidays.Desired Characteristics in CandidatesEffective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.Analytical and proven problem-solving skills.High Emotional Intelligence.Embraces challenges.Team-orientation rather than an individual contributor.
