Instrumentation Engineer - Industrial Automation & Industry 4.0

Job Summary:
Robotspace is hiring an experienced and hands-on Instrumentation Engineer to drive our industrial automation and digitalization projects. This role involves designing and implementing instrumentation and control systems for Industry 4.0 transformation. Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and optimize instrumentation and control systems for advanced automation.
• Commissioning Industrial Robots, and Automation Systems.
• Work with drives, VFDs, Motors, Pneumatics, Hydraulics.
• Integrate sensors, PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems to drive data acquisition and process control.
• Collaborate on digital transformation initiatives, ensuring compatibility with Industry 4.0 systems.
• Utilize communication protocols like RS485, Modbus, Ethernet/IP for data flow and connectivity.
• Oversee project management, from planning through commissioning, working cross-functionally to meet timelines and budgets.
• Ensure system quality, reliability, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide hands-on technical support and training to plant personnel.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s in Instrumentation, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in an industrial automation company is a must.
• Proficiency with PLCs, SCADA systems, and HMIs.
• Strong understanding of Industry 4.0 technologies, communication protocols (RS485, Modbus, Ethernet/IP), and data integration.
• Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
