Job SummaryThe primary objective of this role is to design and implement robust solutions for Salesforce data storage issues, ensuring optimal performance and control over data footprint.Key responsibilities include developing and deploying Apex classes/triggers, Lightning Web Components, and Flows, as well as configuring Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, and permission sets aligned to organizational data & security models.Develop and deploy scalable software applications using Apex, Flow Builder, and Asynchronous Processing.Configure and manage Salesforce objects, fields, and permissions to ensure seamless integration with internal and third-party systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot deployment issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to operations.To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, including security, permission sets, and user provisioning. They must also be proficient in working with data modeling tools and have excellent analytical skills.QualificationsMinimum 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce system engineering or development, with a strong focus on data management and application development.Expert-level proficiency in Apex, Flow Builder, and Asynchronous Processing, with experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems.Strong understanding of Salesforce security features, including permission sets, user provisioning, and data encryption.
