We have an exciting opportunity for the position of Customer Support Intern in Bengaluru location. It is an Internship and work from office opportunity.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Tracking and monitoring all incoming shipment boxes.
  • Diligently going over the checklist when samples arrive.
  • Maintaining accurate and complete records of all samples received.
  • Recording and managing every sample in the Laboratory Information and Management System (LIMS).
  • Communicating with clinicians through emails and telephonic conversations regarding samples.
  • Coordinating and handing over the samples for further processing to the laboratory team.
  • Performing calling activity for Pre-PSR (Pre–Patient Sample Receipt) confirmation to ensure readiness and reduce errors.
  • Handling discrepancy clearance by coordinating with internal teams and clinicians to resolve sample/document-related issues.
  • Generating daily MIS reports and other ad-hoc reports as per requirements.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelors or Diploma in Medical Laboratory
