About the RoleWe're seeking a skilled Senior Quant AI Trading Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will design and build an AI-driven options trading system focused on SPX and ES 0DTE & 1DTE.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with automated trading systems using real-time data, strong technical analysis skills, and a solid understanding of risk management and drawdown control.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign a multi-LLM 'council' architecture for generating trade ideas and stress-testing strategiesImplement workflows for proposal, critique, refinement, and final decision-making with deterministic risk rules as guardrailsBuild TA-based signals using multi-timeframe trend/momentum indicators, volatility/range tools, and market structure analysisDevelop a robust execution layer using TastyTrade APIs for handling order placement, modifications, cancels, fills, and error conditionsRequirements4+ years in quantitative/algo trading or systematic options/futures developmentStrong programming skills in Python (or similar) with hands-on experience with broker APIs and real-time data feedsFamiliarity with LLMs, multi-agent/council-style patterns, and ability to design prompts, context pipelines, and guardrails for trading decisionsExperience with cloud, Docker, DevOps, dashboards, time-series ML, regime detection, or reinforcement learning is a plusBenefitsWe offer an excellent base salary and attractive % of quarterly trading profits based on performance.
