Learning Experience ManagerWe are seeking a seasoned Learning Experience and Programs Specialist to craft, govern, and scale our digital learning delivery framework. This role oversees the full program lifecycle across various formats, including live virtual courses, self-paced online learning programs, corporate learning tracks, cohort-based training, and face-to-face masterclasses and bootcamps.Configure and manage the Learning Management SystemBuild structured learning pathways, modules, assessments, and certification flowsManage batches, schedules, enrollment tracking, monitoring, and overall learner experienceCraft scalable systems and take ownership of the learning delivery frameworkThe ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in EdTech, LMS administration, digital learning operations, or L&D program management with strong understanding of SCORM/xAPI standards, assessments, automation, and analytics.
