Job Title:District Educational Program CoordinatorDescription:You will play a pivotal role in implementing and overseeing the educational program across all blocks of the assigned district in Uttar Pradesh. The position requires driving the implementation of the FLN program, ensuring alignment with State goals, NIPUN Bharat priorities, and Samagra Shiksha objectives.Key Responsibilities:Program Management: Lead the implementation of the district-level FLN program in accordance with annual work plans and timelines.Monitoring & Evaluation: Oversee data collection and reporting from classroom observations, teacher assessments, and learning outcome reviews.People Management: Provide leadership, mentoring, and on-ground support to District and Block Academic Coordinators and other team members.Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with district and block education officials, including DM, CDO, BSA, DIET Principal, SRGs, BEOs, and ARPs.Requirements:Strong leadership skills with experience in managing academic programs.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.Ability to analyze data and drive decision-making.Knowledge of education policies and initiatives in Uttar Pradesh.Benefits:This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on education outcomes in the district.
