About the PositionWe are seeking an accomplished Automation Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will design and implement complex automation workflows using n8n. Job Summary: Build advanced automation workflows for internal operations, sales, CRM, lead-gen, reporting, and website automations. Key Responsibilities: Design and optimize automation pipelines for business-critical processes. Integrate multiple systems using APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and custom authentication flows. Develop logic-driven backend processes, data pipelines, and automation sequences. Set up and manage n8n deployments (cloud or self-hosted), including Docker, environment configs, error handling, and scaling. Create and manage automation for websites, landing pages, and backend modules. Troubleshoot & resolve complex automation issues and bottlenecks. Requirements: Proven experience with n8n workflow development. Strong understanding of programming languages (Python, JavaScript, TypeScript). Familiarity with API architecture, JSON, HTTP methods, webhooks, authentication flows. Ability to write clear logic, transformations, error-handling, and custom functions. Familiarity with database concepts (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL). Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability. Bonus Skills: Experience building custom n8n nodes or contributing to open-source projects. Knowledge of DevOps concepts, monitoring, logging, and workflow optimization.
