Court Click is a fast-growing legal tech company revolutionizing the way Indian lawyers and litigants access and manage legal information. Our platform offers advanced features such as case and client management, analytics, and seamless integrations to improve efficiency for legal professionals. As we scale our operations, we are looking for a talented and experienced Back-End Developer to lead the further development of our platform and drive our future technological growth.


Responsibilities:


• Lead the back-end development of Court Click, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance of the platform.

• Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services to support our mobile and web applications.

• Collaborate closely with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality features.

• Oversee database architecture and optimize queries for performance and efficiency.

• Ensure data security and compliance with relevant legal and regulatory standards.

• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues as they arise.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in back-end development and propose improvements to the existing tech stack.


Required Qualifications:


• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• 5+ years of professional experience in back-end development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

• Proficiency in Laravel and experience with MySQL.

• Strong understanding of API design, integration, and maintenance.

• Experience with Digital Ocean

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and version control systems like Git.

• Solid understanding of data security, encryption, and compliance standards.


Preferred Qualifications:


• Experience in developing SaaS products or legal tech solutions.

• Knowledge of front-end frameworks like React or Next.js.

• Familiarity with mobile app back-end integration (Flutter experience is a plus).

• Exposure to working with analytics and reporting tools.
