Learn more at Overview:We're looking for a Staff Product Security Engineer to lead security initiatives across our AI/ML and cloud-based platforms. This role requires deep expertise in application security, secure ML pipelines, and AI governance, with hands-on experience in tools like LangChain, AWS Bedrock, and FastMCP. You'll drive security architecture for LLM integrations such as RAG, Tool Calling, and MCP, and embed security into CI/CD workflows using Jenkins and SSDLC tools (SAST, DAST, SCA, SBOM).You'll collaborate across teams to design secure systems in AWS (IAM, VPC, ECS, EKS), mentor engineers, and influence security strategy in a fast-paced, enterprise environment. Strong communication, risk assessment skills, and experience in regulated industries are key to success in this role.Responsibilities:Lead security architecture design initiatives and drive strategic security decisions for global security postureProvide expert guidance on AI/ML security implementations, including model security and secure machine learning pipelinesDesign and implement AI and LLM strategies integrating security controls throughout the software development lifecycleManage and mature security tooling ecosystem including Jenkins CI/CD, SAST, SCA, DAST, and API security solutions with the help of AI and LLM TechnologiesMentor security teams and conduct security design reviews for complex security initiativesQualifications:5-7 years of progressive experience in application security engineering with demonstrated expertise in large-scale, enterprise environmentsExperience mentoring teams and driving cross-functional security initiativesHands on in AI/ML security including model security, secure ML pipelines, and AI governance frameworksUnderstand the LLM Integration models such as Augmented Generation (RAG, CAG), Tool Calling and Model Context Protocol (MCP)Have explored or implemented AI tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, Flowise, Copilot, AWS Bedrock and FastMCP.Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely and efficient completion of objectives.Understand AWS cloud services including IAM, VPC, ALB, ECS, EKS security services, and compliance frameworksProficiency with Jenkins CI/CD pipelines and security tool integrationHave used standard SSDLC tools such as DAST, SCA, DAST, SBOM.Additional Requirements:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or related technical fieldRelevant security certifications (CISSP, CSSLP, AWS Security Specialty, or equivalent) preferredStrong communication skills with ability to translate complex security concepts to diverse technical and business audiencesExperience with threat modeling, security architecture frameworks, and risk assessment methodologiesExperience working in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, e-commerce).
