Roles and Responsibilities

- Lead the iOS development team in building high-quality, user-friendly mobile applications.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and release.

- Design and implement application architecture, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and maintainability.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, iOS SDK updates, and emerging mobile technologies.
- Work closely with QA teams to ensure smooth testing and release cycles.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Monitor application performance and implement solutions to resolve any issues.
- Manage app releases and updates in the App Store, adhering to the latest guidelines and requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 7+ years of experience in iOS development, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in Swift and Objective-C, with a strong understanding of iOS frameworks such as UIKit, CoreData, CoreAnimation, etc.
- Experience with Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and integration with backend services.
- Proficiency in using Xcode, version control systems (Git), and debugging tools.
- Knowledge of modern architectural patterns (MVC, MVVM, etc.) and design principles.
- Experience in performance optimization and memory management for mobile applications.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and automated testing frameworks.
- Experience in managing releases and App Store submission processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership abilities and experience mentoring or leading a development team.

Preferred qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 7 years+
