Enterprise Engineering SpecialistJob Description:The Enterprise Engineer will be a key contributor within Customer Delivery, providing support for large-scale solutions and resolving complex technical issues through deep technical expertise.This role involves driving technology transitions, influencing solution adoption, and building simulations to validate and resolve complex problems.Main Responsibilities:Deliver effective customer support and engage in complex technical challenges.Collaborate with other engineering teams to identify and resolve serviceability issues.Provide technical guidance and expertise to address complex customer problems.Promote organizational culture and continuously enhance technical skills.Consult and collaborate with customers and stakeholders to plan, design, install, configure, integrate, and optimize network systems to achieve business objectives.Support pre-sales activities by translating business requirements into solution designs.Required Skills:Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with enterprise technologies, including routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, IGRP) and their operation over VPN tunnels.In-depth understanding of IPsec, VPN configuration, and troubleshooting.Familiarity with DMVPN architecture, multipoint GRE (mGRE), NHRP, and dynamic spoke-to-spoke tunnels.Experience with HSRP and VRRP.Knowledge of encryption standards and secure hash algorithms (e.g., AES, SHA-2).Key Qualifications:Hands-on experience with Cisco router platforms and tunneling technologies.Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex network issues.
