Marketing Data Analyst RoleWe are seeking a Marketing Data Analyst to join our team on a US-based project. This role involves working with Ads performance, building Looker dashboards that tell a story, and uncovering insights that help clients grow.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys finding patterns in messy datasets, translating numbers into strategic recommendations, and working on diverse projects – from store selection analysis to identifying acquisition opportunities.Key Responsibilities:The first 10 days of each month, you will review the previous month's performance for clients, extract meaningful insights, and arm account managers with insightful recommendations.As a marketing insights detective, you will look beyond surface-level metrics in Ads to identify why campaigns are performing the way they are and what can be done differently.You will build and maintain Looker dashboards (or Power BI) that make complex performance data instantly understandable for account managers.As an attribution problem-solver, you will tackle murky attribution challenges, such as when a client targets 100,000 people and sends six months of point-of-sale data to match back.You will work directly with the CEO on special projects ranging from site selection analysis using mapping software and demographics to identifying acquisition opportunities.
