About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Physical Design Engineer to lead our team in delivering innovative physical design solutions.The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in physical design with mainstream P&R tools, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics or Electrical or Telecom or VLSI Engineering, and expertise in solving complex design problems for critical designs.Develop and implement efficient flow and methodology for placement, CTS, and routing.Provide technical support and training to customers on advanced physical design techniques.Work on cutting-edge designs at 10nm/7nm/5nm or lower nodes for various customers.Required Technical Expertise:Solid experience in place & route flow, clock-tree synthesis, routing, timing optimizations.Experience in hierarchical designs, Low Power implementation, Synthesis, interfacing with RTL and implementation designers.Expertise in Floor Plan design, placement of hard macros, padring, power grid, custom analog routes.In-depth knowledge of Physical Verification (DRC/LVS/DFM, chip finishing).About Our ExpectationsWe expect our Senior Physical Design Engineer to be a subject matter expert in physical design, with a strong passion for innovation and collaboration.
