About the Role
Solar Service Manager
Responsibilities
Basic knowledge of Solar Systems, Controllers, Pumps, and Motors.
Provide after-sales service for solar pumping systems.
Perform on-site and off-site service activities.
Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability at Authorized Service Centers (ASCs).
Handle OEM customers to ensure timely service delivery within agreed timelines.
Oversee the appointment and management of service centers.
Prepare and submit detailed service reports.
Qualifications
Technical Diploma / BE / B.Tech
Pay range and compensation package
Negotiable (Hike based on current CTC and experience)
