Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in corporate and commercial laws, with a strong understanding of company law, labor laws, and competition act.Responsibilities:Providing end-to-end lifecycle management of procurement contracts, including drafting, vetting, and third-party negotiation of IT/software licensing agreements, MSAs, EULAs, NDAs, Statement of Work, Intercompany agreements.Providing general advisory services to internal stakeholders.Identifying contractual, commercial, operational risks and exposures in contracts, and providing inputs/marks-up on contracts.Providing legal support on ongoing CLM tool activities.Negotiating contract terms and conditions, leading contract management activities, and analyzing risks and issues.Advising various functions within the organization on aspects related to employees, vendors, etc.Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will need:A minimum of 3 years' work experience with an MNC Company, preferably as in-house counsel handling contract review and negotiation.Expertise in Corporate and Commercial Laws (Company law, Labor Laws, Competition Act, etc.).Maturity and ability to work independently.Familiarity with Indian and International laws.Benefits:This is a great opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic organization.
