UI Designer and Front-end DeveloperWe are seeking a skilled UI designer and front-end developer to craft high-quality user interfaces and deliver seamless end-to-end user experiences.The ideal candidate will have 4–7 years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development, with proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and at least one framework: React / Angular / Vue.Responsibilities:Design visually appealing UI layouts, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flows using Figma/Adobe XD/Sketch.Develop responsive, accessible, and reusable front-end components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React/Angular/Vue.Collaborate with UX researchers to conduct user testing, gather feedback, and refine designs for usability and clarity.Build and maintain UI design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistency across applications.Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG standards) across all UI elements and user journeys.Convert business and functional requirements into intuitive, user-friendly UI/UX solutions.Optimize UI performance and cross-browser compatibility for all devices (web, mobile, tablet).Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless end-to-end user experience.Support SIT, UAT, and production deployments by resolving UI defects, usability issues, and interface improvements.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment is essential.
