Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior SAP ABAP Consultant with over 12 years of hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality SAP solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in end-to-end SAP implementation, including requirement gathering, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver end-to-end SAP implementation projects, working closely with functional and business teams.Design, develop, and optimize complex RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).Develop and enhance OData services, CDS Views, AMDPs, and ABAP on HANA solutions.Implement and support user exits, BADIs, BAPIs, enhancement frameworks, and custom objects.Work with SAP S/4HANA development tools and adhere to SAP best practices.Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.Conduct unit testing, performance tuning, debugging, and issue resolution.Collaborate with cross-functional module teams (MM, SD, FI, PP, etc.) to ensure seamless integration.Prepare technical specifications, documentation, and provide knowledge transfer.Support migration activities, cutover tasks, and post-production stabilization.Required Skills & Expertise12+ years of strong SAP ABAP development experience.Proven track record of multiple end-to-end SAP implementations.Expertise in ABAP on HANA, CDS Views, OData, AMDP, and performance optimization.Strong hands-on experience with SmartForms, Adobe Forms, Workflows, and interfaces (IDocs/Proxies).Solid understanding of SAP modules (MM, SD, FI, PP, WM, PM, etc.) and integration points.Experience with S/4HANA implementations is highly desirable.Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and client-facing skills.
