We're inventing new technology along the way to overcome barriers and solve big problems, all while having a blast doing it with offices in North America, Asia, and Europe, Tekion employs around 3,000 people worldwide. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and build solutions for complex business workflowsTake end-to-end ownership of components and be responsible for the subsystems that you work onfrom design, code, testing, integration, deployment, enhancements, etc.AI tool usage, how effectively and quickly the candidate is able to code using AI use AI to generate HLD and LLD documents. Get it reviewed by the AI, evaluate whether the suggestion given by the AI tool is right. Also, use AI to code some of the key componentsContribute to high-quality code and taking responsibility for the task Solve performance bottlenecksProvide mentorship to other engineersCommunicate and collaborate with management, product, QA, UI/UX teamsDeliver with quality, on-time in a fast-paced start-up environmentSkills & QualificationsBachelor/Master's in computer science or relevant fieldsStrong sense of ownershipExcellent Java and object-oriented development skillsAI tool usage, how effectively and quickly the candidate is able to code using AI Experience in building and scaling microservicesSolid understanding of at least one databasesStrong problem-solving skills, technical troubleshooting and diagnosingExpected to be a role model for young engineers, have a strong sense of code quality, and enforce code quality within the teamGood Communication SkillsPerks and Benefits Competitive compensationGenerous stock optionsMedical Insurance coverageWork with some of the brightest minds from Silicon Valley's most dominant and successful companies  Tekion is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
