Lead Generative AI Architect

We're seeking a visionary AI leader to spearhead the development of cutting-edge Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions.This role entails driving innovation, architecture, and deployment of large-scale AI systems, fostering a culture of excellence, and promoting collaboration across engineering, product, and business teams.Key responsibilities include:Defining the AI vision and technical direction for the Generative AI teamIdentifying and executing high-impact use cases for AI-driven transformationDesigning, building, and deploying advanced generative and large language modelsMultimodal AI: Integrating text, image, and 3D data for intelligent, automated workflowsBuilding and optimizing large-scale data pipelines and ML training workflowsCollaboration: Working cross-functionally with engineering, product, and business teamsMentorship: Coaching and upskilling ML/AI engineers on design, architecture, and best practicesThe ideal candidate will possess:A Bachelor's in CS/ML/AI or related field (Master's/PhD preferred)5+ years' experience in ML/Data Science, with a focus on Generative AI, LLMs, or Computer VisionExpertise in Transformer-based models (GPT, VLMs, etc.)Experience with multimodal datasets (text, image, 3D)Strong coding skills in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, NumPy, pandasDeep understanding of probability, statistics, and optimizationHands-on with AWS, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsIf you're ready to lead innovation in Generative AI and drive next-gen solutions, we'd love to connect.
