Job Title: Civil or Construction TechnicianJob Location: Bangalore / Industrial Area, IndiaJob Type: Full-timeExperience Required: 3–5 years in building, industrial, or commercial constructionJob Description:Execute and supervise on-site civil works, including concrete, brickwork, plastering, and finishing.Interpret and implement civil and structural drawings accurately.Ensure construction quality and progress meet project specifications and timelines.Coordinate with other disciplines (mechanical, electrical) to avoid rework.Prepare daily work reports and assist in material estimation.Maintain safety, cleanliness, and discipline on-site.Required Qualifications:Diploma / Civil Engineering or equivalent as a university major.Minimum 3 years of relevant site experience (factory, warehouse, or commercial projects preferred).Understanding construction materials, structural layout, and finishing work.Familiarity with Indian building codes and site safety standards.Good teamwork and communication skills in English and local language (Hindi/Tamil, etc.).Working Conditions:Working hours:8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)8:00 AM – 12 PM (Saturday) (Until Lunch)Accommodation and meals can be provided (negotiable).Salary: Competitive and based on experience.Long-term employment opportunity with performance-based incentives.Budget of the Company:INR 35,000-45,000 per monthInterested candidates may send their resumes along with current salary, expected salary and notice period on ca@msventures.in with subject line being "Application for Civil / Construction Technician ".
