## *Job Summary:*

Humpy Farms is on the lookout for a talented *Graphic Designer* who can elevate the brand’s visual identity across social media platforms and its app. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles be highly creative and have experience creating compelling graphics that engage and attract users. This role is crucial for maintaining a consistent and visually appealing brand presence across digital channels.

## *Key Responsibilities:*

*Social Media Creatives:*

Design eyecatching graphics illustrations and animations for social media posts stories and ads on platforms like Instagram Facebook and LinkedIn. Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and are optimized for engagement.

*App Creatives:*

Develop visually appealing app assets such as banners popups and inapp graphics to enhance user experience and drive engagement. Ensure that all creatives are mobileoptimized and adhere to app design standards.

*Campaign Design:*

Work closely with the marketing team to create cohesive design campaigns including graphics for product launches promotions and seasonal events ensuring that all touchpoints have a consistent visual language.

*Brand Visual Identity:*

Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity by ensuring consistency across all graphic designs. Ensure that the tone colors and overall aesthetic reflect Humpy Farms’ brand ethos.

*Creative Collaboration:*

Collaborate with the content social media and marketing teams to brainstorm and design content that aligns with the overall brand strategy. Turn creative briefs into impactful designs.

*A/B Testing of Creatives:*

Participate in testing different designs and formats for social media ads and app graphics to determine which visuals perform best in terms of engagement and conversion.

*Trend Awareness:*

Stay updated on the latest design trends particularly in DTC brands apps and social media and incorporate innovative ideas into your work.

*Graphic Design for Web:*

Design landing pages banners and website assets in collaboration with the web design team ensuring a seamless visual experience across the website and app.

## *Qualifications:*

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or a related field.

35 years of experience in graphic design with a focus on social media and app creatives for DTC or consumer brands.

Expertise in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop Illustrator and Figma.

Strong portfolio showcasing creative work in social media graphics app design and digital marketing campaigns.

A solid understanding of typography color theory and layout design.

Experience working on mobilefirst designs and understanding app UI/UX principles.

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.

A creative mindset with an ability to think outside the box and create unique designs that resonate with users.
