We are looking for a skilled DevSecOps Engineer to join our high-performance engineering and cybersecurity team. In this role, you will build and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines, integrate automated security controls, strengthen cloud/container security, and collaborate closely with development, security, and operations teams to deliver resilient, scalable, and secure systems.If you thrive in fast-moving engineering environments, enjoy automation and security challenges, and want to contribute to high-availability national platforms—this role is for you.ResponsibilitiesBuild secure, automated CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, GitHub, Azure DevOps, or JenkinsIntegrate security checks (SAST, SCA, DAST, container scanning) into pipelinesStandardize environment promotion workflows (Dev → Test → Stage → Prod)Implement shift-left practices to catch issues earlyEnforce branch protection, code review standards, and pre-merge quality checksIntegrate secrets management solutions into pipelinesSecure Kubernetes clusters, container images, and deployment environmentsHarden cloud infrastructure based on CIS/NCA benchmarksImplement Infrastructure-as-Code securityImprove observability using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or SplunkIntegrate deployments with SOC/SIEM for real-time security visibilitySupport deployment incident response, rollback, and root-cause analysisDevelop DevSecOps guidelines, best practices, and technical standardsTrack and report DevOps & security KPIs (MTTR, CFR, DORA metrics)Key Requirements4–8+ years in DevOps/DevSecOps rolesStrong scripting skillsStrong hands-on experience with CI/CD systemsSolid understanding of containersExperience with SAST/DAST/SCA toolsCloud experienceInfra-as-Code knowledgeUnderstanding of Zero Trust, OWASP, NIST, and modern security principlesNice to HaveBackground in platform engineering or SREFamiliarity with NCA ECC/CCC cybersecurity controlsWhy Join Us?Solve real-world challengesCollaborative, inclusive engineering cultureContinuous learning and certification support
