Skill : Japanese Language Trainer /Facilitator

Experience : 4 to 8 years


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Conduct engaging Japanese language classes (online/offline):
  • For various proficiency levels, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the language
  • Focused on the needs of employees going to the client site in Japan.
  • Focused on the needs of individuals preparing for JLPT N4, N5.
  • Assess trainee's progress, provide constructive feedback, and implement strategies to address learning challenges.
  • Develop curriculum and teaching materials tailored to the learning needs of trainees for different durations.
  • Update curriculum and teaching materials as per need.
  • Emphasize practical language skills that will be directly applicable in work environments at client site in Japan.
  • Create study/listening material for spoken Japanese.
  • Create assessment papers.
  • Provide insights into Japanese work culture and etiquette to prepare trainees for a smooth transition into their work life in Japan.
  • Provide insights into Japanese society and important Do's and Don'ts.
  • Encourage and support continuous language improvement and cultural understanding


Required:


  • Deep understanding of the training needs across the organization - to be a solution provider.
  • Be a trouble shooter to resolve conflicts and establish collaborative spaces.
  • Inspiring to create the culture of learning a new language.
  • Using the understanding of Japanese work culture to blend work place conversational Japanese with respect.
  • Deep understanding of Japanese language and its application in team dynamics and customer communication.
  • Social Learning Approach - Share best practices of Indian and Japanese cultures, customize to suit different target audiences.
  • Ability to influence - Foster 2-way communication across hierarchy promoting transparency and timely solutioning.
  • Ability to standardize - Compliance to all regulatory requirements and audit readiness.
  • Initiative taker - Spearheading learning and development spaces across diversities.
  • Mentoring and Coaching ability - Empower teams to be confident, articulate, impactful in their communication.
