Feel free to apply About the Role: Emotorad is seeking a high-ownership eCommerce Category & Marketplace Manager to drive profitable growth across Amazon, Flipkart, and emerging online channels. This is a P&L-first leadership role with full-stack responsibility across category expansion, marketplace performance, pricing, selection, and customer experience. This role is built for operators from D2C brands, marketplace leaders, and online-first product companies who thrive in fast-growth environments and scale with speed, data, and automation. Key Responsibilities Category & P&L Ownership Own revenue, margins, cost drivers, and contribution profitability. Drive YoY growth through pricing, promotion strategy, and mix optimization. Identify whitespace opportunities using demand signals and search trend data. Marketplace Operations & Partnerships Own Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and performance dashboards. Lead joint business planning, deal negotiation, and platform-led scaling programs. Execute Prime Day, Big Billion Days, and festive sale strategy. AI, Automation & Tech-First Execution Use GenAI for content creation, keyword mining, catalog scaling, and pricing intelligence . Apply AI/ML forecasting for inventory planning and promotion ROI. Build automation to eliminate manual ops and improve speed-to-market. Listings, SEO & Catalog Excellence Drive search rank, CTR, and conversion through SEO-led listing optimization. Ensure catalog hygiene—content quality, images, compliance, and accuracy. Inventory, Supply Chain & Availability Lead demand forecasting, stock planning, and inbound execution. Reduce stock-outs, working capital blocks, and aged inventory. Performance Management & Deep Dives Track KPIs across revenue, traffic, conversion, ACoS, contribution margin, and CX. Run structured deep-dive reviews with recovery and acceleration plans. Customer & Operational Excellence Own account health, escalation resolution, refunds, and compliance. Cross-Functional Leadership Partner with Marketing, Finance, Product, and Supply Chain for scalable growth. What We’re Looking For 2-3 years in eCommerce category, marketplace, or brand P&L roles . Proven track record of scaling categories on Amazon/Flipkart/D2C platforms . Strong ownership of P&L, pricing, selection, and promotions . Deep analytics capability (Excel, Power BI/Tableau/Looker; SQL preferred). Hands-on with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity for automation and insights. High ownership, execution-heavy, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
