Job Description:The Branch Manager will direct and supervise the staff and day-to-day operations in theassigned branch location, ensuring delivery of quality customer service and achievement ofsales or productivity goals.EDUCATION: Any Graduate / Postgraduates.SALARY: Best in Industry + Travelling allowance + IncentivesOTHER BENEFITS: Personal Accident Insurance, Group Life Insurance, Spectacles & DentalPolicy.JOB DESCRIPTION: Collaborates with other branch and district managers to set reasonable sales and/orretail goals. Conducts regular staff meetings to ensure that goals and objectives are clearlycommunicated with branch staff; provides guidance and leadership to enable staff tomeet these goals and objectives. Maintains and develops positive relationships with existing and prospective clients,local network of hospitals, garages, and insurance companies. Increase branch footfall and presence along with demonstrating excellent customerservice and setting an example for other staff. Participates in community activities to promote the organization and to buildgoodwill. Initiates Branch Engagement and marketing activities and growth campaigns. Performs other related duties as assigned.CANDIDATE BACKGROUND AND EXPECTATIONS:1. Direct sales / Agency sales background.2. BM should have marketing knowledge and have plans to execute the same.3. Should have good customer Interaction and Customer Service skill.4. Minimum 3 Years of insurance sales experience.
