If you are a results-driven professional with excellent business acumen, this is an opportunity to make your mark.About the Role:Strategic Planning & GrowthDevelop and implement comprehensive business plans to drive hotel expansion across domestic and international markets.Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify opportunities for new properties.Analyse macroeconomic trends and tourism patterns to inform business decisions.Partnership & Stakeholder ManagementB build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, investors and industry partners.Represent The Postcard Hotel in discussions and presentations related to strategic growth initiatives.Coordinate with internal leadership to ensure clear communication and seamless execution of key strategic priorities.Financial Analysis & ModellingPrepare financial models for potential projects, including revenue forecasts and cost assessments.Evaluate commercial performance of existing properties and identify opportunities for optimisation.Support budgeting and long-term planning exercises with strategic insights.Project ManagementManage timelines, documentation and deliverables for strategic development projects.Work closely with legal teams on contract reviews and compliance requirements.Track project progress and risks, ensuring leadership is updated regularly.Organisational DevelopmentDrive special projects that enhance brand positioning, operational efficiencies and revenue diversification.Contribute to thought leadership and strategic planning workshops.Support the creation of frameworks and competitive intelligence reports that guide long-term decisions.
