AI Workflow Architect PositionWe are seeking a skilled AI Workflow Architect to design and maintain node-graph and script-based pipelines that utilize tools like ComfyUI and Stable Diffusion to produce consistent shots and sequences.About the RoleThis position sits between artists and infrastructure, ensuring AI-based workflows are predictable, efficient, and suitable for production use. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to build reusable workflows for key tasks (keyframes, style transfer, image-to-video, text-to-video, upscaling, and repair).Key Responsibilities:Design and maintain ComfyUI/Stable Diffusion-based pipelines for key use cases: keyframes, style transfer, image to video, text to video, upscaling, and repair.Develop first-frame-controlled and reference-guided workflows that preserve characters, composition, and style across multiple shots.Collaborate with the Technical Director to expose workflows as APIs with clear contracts and versioning.Profile and optimize pipelines for speed, cost, and quality (node selection, batching, caching, model loading strategies).Work with GenAI artists and producers to convert creative specifications into stable, reusable templates.The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to communicate complex technical concepts effectively, and have a passion for innovation and continuous learning.We offer a dynamic work environment, opportunities for growth and development, and a competitive compensation package.
