The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. The daily tasks include answering phone calls, responding to emails, maintaining customer records, and providing exceptional service to all clients.CTC - 3,00,000 (Non-Negotiable).Qualifications- Customer Service Representatives, Customer Service, and Customer Support skills- Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience management- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively- Prior experience in the service industry is a plus- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
