Job Details: Role : Data Analyst Minimum Experience: 7+ years Relevant : 5+ Location :Hyderabad Shift :Morning Shift (Flexible) Top 3 Skills Required: Advanced Excel Expertise Strong Data Handling Skills – Experience working with large datasets (millions of records) Proficiency in Python and Data Statistics Candidates with a Data Scientist background would be highly advantageous. Key Responsibilities: Perform heavy data crunching using Excel , R , or Python . Design and develop interactive dashboards in Tableau with seamless data integration . Create impactful presentations (PPT) to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders. Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) and build data models for forecasting and planning. Apply statistical techniques such as regression , variance analysis , hypothesis testing , and confidence intervals . Ensure accurate interpretation of data using concepts like mean , median , weighted averages , correlation vs. causation , and probability . Select appropriate data visualization techniques to convey insights clearly and effectively. Identify and mitigate biases in data and analysis. Maintain high standards of data integrity and accuracy in all analytical assignments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support planning and reporting needs. Skills & Qualifications: 7–8 years of relevant experience in data analysis and planning. Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, modeling). Hands-on experience with R or Python for statistical analysis. Expertise in Tableau for dashboard creation and data visualization. Strong presentation skills with mastery in PowerPoint . Solid understanding of statistical concepts and data modeling . Familiarity with sampling techniques , statistical significance , and forecasting methods . Excellent communication and articulation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. Must have own laptop for work-related tasks. Preferred Education: Bachelor’s or master's degree in Statistics , Mathematics , IT , or a related field.
