Lead and manage the medical team
Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and patient-centered care.
Clinical Operations:
Ensure smooth operation of all clinical departments, including OPD, IPD, ICU, and Emergency services.
Monitor and improve clinical outcomes through regular audits and quality assurance programs.
Facilitate multidisciplinary collaboration to provide integrated patient care.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure adherence to medical ethics, hospital policies, and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
Stay updated with healthcare laws, including NABH, JCI, or other accreditation standards, and ensure compliance.
Address medico-legal cases in collaboration with the legal team.
Quality and Safety:
Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives in patient care and safety.
Oversee infection control practices and hospital hygiene.
Address and resolve patient grievances or complaints effectively.
Administrative Duties:
Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes at the hospital management level.
Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for medical services.
Approve duty rosters and ensure optimal utilization of medical resources.
Qualifications and Experience
Education: MBBS with a Postgraduate Degree/Diploma (MD/MS/DNB/MHA preferred).
Experience: Minimum 10–15 years of experience in a hospital setting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven expertise in hospital operations, regulatory compliance, and quality management.
