Knowledge Base: 5-11 years’ experience
Oracle Health Cerner HIM analyst, to include Message Center, Patient Portal, Profile, EPCS, Direct Message, Cerner Clinical Reporting, RRD, scanning/CPDI, care notifications, HNA User as well as integrations with 3M Coding and CDI applications.
1. Responsible for the day-to-day operations of IS HIM applications including design, build, test and maintenance.
2. Responsible for assisting with system troubleshooting, implementations, and software updates.
3. Participates in system testing and validation by assisting in the development and maintenance of testing protocols, and coordinates testing with end users when applicable.
4. Coordinates tasks departmental/interdepartmentally to support IS Applications.
5.Works in a multidisciplinary environment to help maintain a stable and functional software application.
6. Develops, follows, and keeps updated documentation on support of the system as well as adheres to change management procedures.
7. This position has an on-call rotation schedule that requires immediate off-hours response.
8. Actively maintains education and cross-training on all departmental areas of expertise.
