Business Intelligence Developer RoleWe are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering executive dashboards that provide actionable insights for HR data.Your expertise in business intelligence and data modeling will drive the conceptualization of backend requirements, data modeling for BI purposes, and building dashboards using leading visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.You will engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements. Strong collaboration skills are essential to work with stakeholders and translate requirements into actionable designs.The key responsibilities include:Discovery & Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into technical requirements. Work closely with HR and data teams to align dashboards with organizational goals.Dashboard Development: Conceptualize and design dashboards based on business needs and wireframes. Build and roll out dashboards end-to-end, ensuring usability and scalability.Data Modeling & Backend: Model data for BI purposes to support dashboard functionality. Define backend requirements and ensure data integrity for reporting.Tools & Technologies: Develop dashboards using Tableau and Power BI. Utilize Dataiku for advanced data preparation and analytics.
