Job DescriptionOur team is seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of US Federal Contracts Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess excellent contract review and compliance skills, with the ability to work closely with our US-based team.The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing federal contract documents, task orders, and amendments. They will also assist in subcontractor due diligence and ensure required flow-down clauses are communicated and documented.Contract Review & ComplianceReview federal contract documents, task orders, and amendments to ensure adherence to client contracts.Support subcontractor due diligence and ensure required flow-down clauses are communicated and documented.Required Skills and QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, or related field.Experience: 1–3 years in contracts, compliance, or coordinating with legal teams on contract terms, clauses, and risk.Knowledge/Skills:Good understanding of client contracting principles.Familiarity with compliance areas (EEO, Service Contract Act, export controls, cybersecurity requirements).Strong skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and contract management tools.Excellent communication and documentation skills.BenefitsThis is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team and contribute to our success.
