As the creative visionary, you will be responsible for shaping the artistic direction, ensuring high-quality storytelling and visuals, guiding art teams, and collaborating closely with engineering and design teams.Main Responsibilities:Develop and execute the creative vision for immersive game and digital-twin experiences in Unreal Engine.Maintain exceptionally high standards of storytelling and visuals across all Unreal Engine content.Mentor and guide art teams to deliver outstanding results while setting clear creative benchmarks.Collaborate seamlessly with engineering and design teams to support creative goals and enhance the overall product.Required Expertise:At least 10 years of experience as a Creative Director in gaming or real-time interactive projects.Demonstrated hands-on leadership skills using Unreal Engine.Proven track record of leading large-scale or high-visual-impact projects.A solid foundation in art, encompassing environment, cinematic, or visual design.Software Proficiency:Expert command of Unreal Engine 4/5, specifically in real-time production, cinematics, and world-building features.Familiarity with major 3D content tools such as Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, or Houdini.Proficiency in texturing and look development tools like Substance and Megascans.
