About the Job:Position name: Technical Lead/ Senior Software Developer - SalesforceSkills: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CG Cloud, LWC, ApexExperience: 6+ yearsJob Location: Baner, PuneNotice Period: 0-15 days (max)Job Description:6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and architecture experience.Proven expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CG Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.Strong command of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Flow Builder.Experience with multi-vendor environments and cross-functional coordination.Familiarity with Salesforce DeploymentsExcellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.Maintain technical documentation, deployment plans, and risk mitigation strategies.Act as the primary technical liaison between internal teams and external vendors.Review vendor deliverables, enforce coding standards, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.Facilitate joint solutioning workshops, sprint planning, and technical reviews.Architect integrations between Salesforce and external systems (ERP, DMS, CTI,CDP) using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and native connectors.Ensure platform scalability, data integrity, and performance optimization across all Salesforce clouds.Lead end-to-end Salesforce solutioning, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and Flow automation.About InfoBeans:InfoBeans is a global digital transformation and product engineering company, enabling businesses to thrive through innovation, agility, and cutting-edge technology solutions.
